Granite was awarded the $114 million Segment 4E North CM/GC project on U.S. 101 from Carpinteria to Santa Barbara by Caltrans. The project includes lane replacements a new carpool lane and interchange reconstruction to improve safety and reduce congestion. Construction starts April 2026 and finishes December 2028….
