What’s a Fair Price for a 2018 Bobcat T650 These Days?

I’m looking at a 2018 Bobcat T650 with around 2,200 hours — good condition, no major issues. What’s a reasonable price range for this machine right now? I’ve checked auction sites and classifieds but prices seem all over the place. I don’t want to overpay or lowball the seller. Also, how much does location affect pricing? I’m in the Midwest if that matters. Any market insights or recent sales data from other members would be really helpful. Thanks!
