CTL or Wheeled — Which One for Mixed Ground Conditions?

I’m torn between a compact track loader and a wheeled skid steer for my upcoming rental business. We deal with everything from pavement and concrete to mud and soft dirt. I know tracks float better and cause less damage, but wheels are faster and cheaper to maintain. Which one would you choose for a mixed-use fleet? I’m leaning CTL but worried about track wear costs. Real-world experiences from people who run both would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!
