New Warehouse Manager — Need Forklift Fleet Advice

I just took over as warehouse manager and inherited a mixed fleet of propane and electric forklifts. Some are aging and need replacement soon. What do you look for when building a reliable fleet? Electric vs. propane pros and cons for indoor/outdoor use? Also curious about maintenance schedules and how to train staff properly. I want to minimize downtime and keep operations smooth. Any seasoned managers out there with wisdom to share? Would really appreciate your insights!
