I’d like to suggest creating a dedicated “Daily Job Log” section where members can post short, real-time field reports from their worksites. This could include weather conditions, equipment performance, unexpected breakdowns, or quick wins. It would be a great way to capture practical, on-the-ground knowledge that benefits everyone — especially newcomers learning the ropes. I’ve seen similar sections on other industry forums and they generate great engagement. Would love to hear what others think!
