Granite secured a $495 million contract for the LRT-4 Webb-Zapata tactical infrastructure project near Laredo Texas. The scope includes 27 mi. of excavation, grading, roads, fencing, bridges, culverts, low water crossings and installation of electrical lighting cameras and fiber optics. Work starts April 2026 and ends July 2027….
