The Portal North Bridge replacement over New Jersey’s Hackensack River is 80 percent complete. This new high-level fixed span will improve safety, increase train capacity and reliability, and eliminate delays caused by the old swing bridge. The $1.56 billion project is on schedule for full service by September 2026….
