ROTHA Contracting has begun a $48M rehabilitation of the Putnam Memorial Bridge in Wethersfield and Glastonbury Conn. The project includes steel strengthening, deck patching, drainage repairs and full painting. Scheduled for completion by Nov 2028, it is funded with 80 percent federal and 20 percent state funds….
