There is no absolute winner between rubber tracks and steel tracks.

Your choice should be based on working conditions.

Rubber Tracks Pros: Gentle on paved surfaces, low noise and vibration, lighter weight.

Ideal for landscaping, municipal and indoor work.

Cons: Less resistant to sharp stones and metal debris. Lower load capacity, not for heavy-duty use.

Steel Tracks Pros: Strong grip, excellent wear resistance and puncture resistance.

Stable on rocky, muddy and rough sites with heavy loads, longer service life.

Cons: May damage paved roads, louder operation, heavier weight and higher transport cost.

Summary Choose rubber tracks for light work on finished surfaces.

Choose steel tracks for heavy-duty jobs on rough, rocky ground.

Always consider your working environment before making a decision.

Perfect comparison! The working ground is really the key factor when choosing between rubber and steel tracks.

Great comparison! I didn’t know steel tracks could damage paved surfaces. That’s a key point I need to consider for my landscaping jobs.

Pick rubber for pavement, steel for rocky rough ground.

Steel tracks are more durable, but they can damage the road surface.
